All 99phl account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 99phl does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 99phl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
